Hi, I’m Amy Rufino, the founder of Amy Étude, F.I.T., and Shimmer in Shade. Amy Étude is where performance, education, and inspiration meet to ignite personal growth and creativity.

With a background in theatre, public speaking, and teaching, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring and sharing the power of creativity. My journey began with a degree in theatre, which led me to win National Championships in public speaking, earn a Master’s in Fine Arts, and teach at institutions like Fordham University, Penn State, and Community College of Baltimore County. Along the way, I expanded my expertise in eLearning Design, Wellness, and Personal Training.

Amy Étude is more than a brand—it’s a platform for personal and career transformation. Through performance coaching, education, and creative expression, I aim to help others unlock their potential and live their best lives. My work is committed to excellence, compassion, and authenticity.
